1 Samuel 2:17 / 2:21-25 / 2:27-33 Samuel grew and increased in the midst of the house of God. He never left the church. He preserved his integrity, vision and purity even in see more the midst of a corrupt house. "He bloomed where he was planted" – another very important principle!
#Prophetic Training The Prophet is not a lone-ranger, a maverick outside the structure and authority and order of the priesthood i.e. local church structure. He is a servant of the church, just as the Pastor is.
#Training Samuel, though called at birth, ministered and grew and developed within the corporate structure and operation of the priesthood. This is very important as a lot of people may say “well I was called by God and I do not need any human input in my development”. see more
1 Samuel 2:18 "... ministered before the Lord" 1 Samuel 2:11 “… ministered to the Lord before Eli the priest”
#MyPonderings I believe that under authority, God gives you creativity. Some people operate under fear, but when you function in the spirit of truth, you know how to work in a complimentary fashion. Therefore, when working under authority, especially when working with pastors, you cannot be see more fearful of leaders. You need to learn how to be creative without stepping out of their authority. If you become afraid of leadership, it will hinder you in your work. There needs to be a creativity where you are able to flow within your anointing and enhance that which is given to you to be done. #LessonsofLife
I am a very firm believer in ministering out of relationship, as there is much more accomplished in that dimension. This is not to say that one cannot minister in a place where there is no relationship, but see more that should not be the norm. The Bible says, "Know those who labour among you,” because when they minister, they minister their heart and spirit unto the people. Regardless of how accurate their word may be, you need to know their character and know whether they are individuals of integrity. #justsaying #integrity
#EnoughSaid Hebrews 10:26-39 "For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, but a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. He that despised see more Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions; partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used. For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance. Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul."
Was just revisiting the life if several great Patriarchs and looking at some of their challenges.
Moses, what a great man of God. After being used in a mighty way to deliver the Children of God from. Draconian system, he was faced with see more the Red Sea before him and the Egyptian army behind him. He could have lost it there but NO he saw the Mighty Hand of God show up for him in the parting of the Red Sea...
Joshua, another mighty man of God who was used by God in tremendous ways before and after the death of Moses. He crossed the Jordan river! He also commanded the sun to stop in its place in order for him and his army to defeat the enemy. What a mighty man of God.
Joseph, pregnant with the Word of God in his life was incarcerated in prison. Even though this was so he never gave up on the Word of God in his life but continued to Believe and God honoured this man's faith and in an instant took him from the "prison house" to the throne. What a mighty Man of God...
So my point is this, regardless to the obstacles you may be facing. Regardless to the challenges to your faith. Once you keep standing on the Word of God and maintain your lifestyle of "truth and holiness" God WILL SEE you through and He WOULD MAKE A WAY for you. #stand #havingdoneallstand #theredseawillpart #thejordanwillsubmit #sunwillstandstill #BeEncouraged
Philippians 3:20-21 "But we are citizens of the state commonwealth, homeland which is in heaven, and from it also we earnestly and patiently await the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ the Messiah as Savior, Who will transform and fashion anew the body of our humiliation to conform to and be like the body of His glory and see more majesty, by exerting that power which enables Him even to subject everything to Himself."
Here's A Principle for you: “Where there is no realization of our IDENTITY in this current Season of Reformation we cannot enter powerfully into spiritual positions that are available for us in the Faith.” #knowwhoyouareINCHRIST
Hear me: Life-changing faith is developed through crises and breaking points. It is not nice and smooth. When we satisfy His Purpose in our current position, God breaks us out of it and disorients us away from it. He then brings us into the unfamiliar once again so we might lean on Him until it is time to enter new territory. #lifeisajourney #keepmoving #fromfaithtofaith
"Arise, shine; For your light has come! And the glory of the Lord is risen upon you. For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, And deep darkness the people; But the Lord will arise over you, And His glory will be seen upon you."
Men fear what they do not know. Hence it is important to read and understand. Here is what the Proverbs say: Proverbs 4:1, 5-7
"Hear, my children, the instruction of a father, And give attention to know understanding; Get wisdom! Get understanding! Do not see more forget, nor turn away from the words of my mouth. Do not forsake her, and she will preserve you; Love her, and she will keep you. Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding."
