GOD HAS HEARD US!!! EVICTION OF OUR CHURCH IS CANCELLED!

On the evening on December 4, 2012 during prayer service, it became known that the judicial ruling about compulsory eviction of New Life church from its building has been withdrawn by the Household
see more Management Department of Moscow District of the Minsk City.

When believers diligently prayed and appealed to the Lord for protection, a court officer O. N. Shcherbovich called the church administrator, and she reported that executive production concerning the church building is stopped in connection with the statement of the Household Management Department of Moscow District where they ask not to execute this decision, to stop its legal production and to have it archived.

The church lawyer Sergey Lukanin went at once to the Minsk Economic Court where he received two documents: "About return to the seeker of the executive document upon whom execution isn't made or made it is incomplete" and "About the end of executive production”. From these documents follows that executive production is complete and is handed over to be archived.

Comment of the church lawyer of Sergey Lukanin:
"From these documents received by us, it doesn't follow that the court ruling on which the church was deprived of the property right for its building has been cancelled. Let's remember that back in 2009 the Household Management Department of Moscow District became the building’s owner by the court ruling. This (government) structure still remains to be the owner of the building, but, according to today's documents, it refuses to take away our building from us. If this case is sent to the archives, it means that as long as there is no claims from the Household Management Department of Moscow District of the Minsk City, the court has no right to be engaged in our church’s eviction".

Comment of New Life church’s pastor Slava Goncharenko:

"I am happy that God answered our prayer and helped incline hearts of authorities toward such a decision. I thank all those that prayed and I trusted together with us! I am pleased very much that this opposition between our church and the government has at last ended, and constructive dialogue and cooperation have begun. We live in the same country, and may the Lord bless our nation"!

Prayer service came to the end on December 4 with triumph and jubilant exclamations, as Christians applauded, jumped, cried, hugged and embraced, congratulating each other, and for a long time they just didn't go home.
