2. PRICING AND RETAIL QUANTITY
For each online order, you must pay:
2.1 the applicable price for the item(s) as confirmed by Gracehope.com; and 2.2 the shipping and postage fees quoted online.
A deduction will be made from your credit/debit account when you confirm your order placement online.
We only accept payments using the modes of payment available in the shopping cart section of the Gracehope.com Online Store. We do not provide any Cash On Delivery (COD) service and will not accept COD charges.
Prices quoted online will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed online. Prices quoted online include delivery/postage charges and taxes (where applicable).
Although we will try to ensure that all prices quoted online are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the listed price of the item you have ordered, your order will be cancelled and you will be issued a full refund for that item. We will then contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the order cancellation.
We reserve the right to restrict retail quantities when supplying items in bulk to resellers and/or distributors.
3. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENT
If you are under 18 years of age and/or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for your order, you must obtain prior permission from the credit/debit cardholder before entering the payment details. By clicking on the "Submit" button, you are declaring that you have obtained prior permission from the credit/debit cardholder. Verification of this is not our responsibility and we will not be liable to you or any other person for any indiscrete use of credit/debit cards.
This Gracehope.com Online Store charges all online purchases in Singapore dollars (SGD). If your native currency is not SGD, any discrepancy or additional conversion fees from credit card companies or payment gateways will not be borne by Gracehope.com and/or distributors.
4. RIGHT TO REFUSE ORDER
We reserve the right not to fulfill and to cancel an order:
4.1 in the event of obvious price inaccuracies, except that we may fulfill your order at the correct price; 4.2 if we are unable to obtain payment authorization from the issuer of your payment card.
We reserve the right not to accept or process your order for any reason. All orders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of your payment card. If we do not accept your order and your credit/debit account has already been debited, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
5. YOUR USER LOGIN ACCOUNT
You are responsible for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name or password is being used by any unauthorized person(s). You agree to release and indemnify Gracehope.com in connection with any unauthorized use of your user name and password.
We will deliver the item(s) to the address you supplied upon placing your order. You agree that we will not be responsible for any failure to deliver the item(s) if you have supplied an incorrect address. In the event that we have been supplied an incorrect address, and our efforts to contact you have failed, we reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents at our discretion if they are returned to us. 7. DELAY IN DELIVERY AND NON-DELIVERY
We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of item(s) in the event that:
7.1 the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us; 7.2 the delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our agents and sub-contractors, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transportation infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, natural disaster, legislative constraint, strike, labor dispute or malicious damage involving employees; 8.3

For your purchase of MP3 sermon(s), each download link provided to you will be valid for only one successful download, and/or the link will expire in 90 days from the date of purchase (whichever comes first). You are advised to backup your MP3 sermon(s) regularly when you have successfully downloaded the digital data. Gracehope.com is not liable to you for any data loss caused by your negligence and/or the failure of your digital devices, hardware and/or software.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all other liabilities to you. Our exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of any of our employees, agents or sub-contractors.
